Residential Living Space (RLS)

Site Survey

- A site Survey must be conducted before any structures or infrastructure can be established.

This is expected to cost $300 to $1000.

Foundation

- The Foundation of the RLS must be built to code and inspected by the county/state.

Estimates are for a concrete slab 60 x 60 x 2' at a cost of $108 per cubic yard of concrete. The cost of this slab is roughly $200.00.

The frost line in New Mexico in 2021 is considered 18". At a depth of 2' the foundation would be below the frost line.

Exterior Walls

Exterior walls will be made up of 2640 concrete blocks each one being 16" x 8". Each block costs roughly $2.40 each.

The walls will be 60' long and 10' high; costing roughly $7,476.00.

This cost includes estimated costs of Mortar and Sand.
